Unsurprisingly, DARPA’s agenda also includes vaccines with horrific experimentation as described by Dr Stanley Plotkin, a modern day Mengele, as illustrated by his deposition testimony in this video from January 11, 2018:
Dr Plotkin’s atheistic worldview is the source of total disregard for the humanity of the mentally disabled, preborn children, infants of incarcerated women, & orphans as demonstrated by his own admission of his atheism & hostility towards religion as well as his horrific Mengele-like experimentation on “those less likely to be able to contribute to society such as children with handicaps, than on children or adults without handicaps” (see 5:40-5:57)
His complete lack of concern for those human beings whom he tortures with his experiments is eternally documented for posterity in his Letter to the Editor of Ethics on Human Experimentation stating:
“The question is whether we are to have experiments performed on fully functioning adults & on children who are potentially contributors to society or to perform initial studies in children & adults who are human in form, but not in social potential” ( see 6:05-6:54).
For Dr Plotkin, DARPA, Microsoft (Bill Gates), the ID2020 Alliance, GAVI, the Rockefeller Foundation, the WEF….
You & the whole of humanity are simply to be jabbed, tracked, controlled (or used for experimentation if you “are human in form, but not in social potential”).
